Praying for and thinking of the families of the four fallen Lakewood police officers murdered in cold blood at the Lakewood Forza while drinking coffee and doing paperwork before starting their shifts on Sunday. One of the police officers attends our church, Bethany Baptist. Her son and husband were at church while this tragedy was taking place. Thankfully, the man who murdered them was found and shot after he tried to draw a gun on the officer who found him. The gun found on him was the same gun that was used to murder each of the police officers. Our area is in mourning now. Please pray for the Lakewood Police Department, the families of the fallen officers and for people like this man to be kept off the streets.
