Grace went on her first field trip with her preschool to Shultz Farm, October 15th 2009.
They went on a tour of the farm, learned about the animals who live there, got to play with all their outdoor toys and they were allowed to pick out their very own pumpkin. Grace was actually very unsure of the entire experience. I think it was a bit overwhelming for her. Too many kids, parents and siblings. Towards the end when things died down just a bit she started to get a tad more comfortable. We packed a picnic and ate with two of her classmates. It was a lovely experience however I am greatly partial to Spooner Farms and I think she is too ;)
